Jet Cigs was founded in 2011, but their product line didn’t take off until 2012, which is when they began to offer 11 distinct refill flavors made in the United States and the industry-standard 510 battery. The versatility that Jet Cigs offered simply by using the 510 design put the eyes of e-smokers on this company by allowing you to purchase and use their cartridges with little difficulty if you already had a more expensive Volcano Magma or Blu e-cigarette.

In addition to all this, Jet Cigs offered a robust one-year warranty on all their batteries.

The most impressive part about the Jet Cigs e-cigarette is the fact that it’s only slightly larger than a real cigarette.

Unlike e-cigarettes of a similar size, the Jet Cigs e-cigarette holds significantly more charge and e-liquid. This translates to more puffs.

From e-cigarettes of a similar size, you’ll only get about 40 puffs per fully charged battery. Compare this to the 80-90 puffs that the Jet Cigs e-cigarette can produce, add in the fact that each additional battery only costs $9.99, and you can see why it’s one of the better e-cigarettes for the price.

Jet Cigs Review: How Does it Perform?

The first thing that struck us when we reviewed the Jet Cigs e-cigarette was how different the flavors tasted. They weren’t the standard handful of flavors that you got with most e-cigarettes, nor were they flavors even remotely close to the many e-liquids we’ve tried in the past.

Every flavor displayed the fact that Jet Cigs wanted to take a unique approach to their e-liquids. Even the fruity flavors have a mild tobacco taste playing about in the background, which was something that we instantly knew would appeal to people switching from cigarettes to e-cigarettes for the first time.

Even though the flavors were anything but copies, they were still recognizable.

What Flavors Do We Recommend?

If you’re not sure what flavors you’ll like best, then we can recommend a few e-liquid flavors that we really enjoyed from Jet Cigs. Try Perique Tobacco, Menthol Frost and Sweet Passion for the absolute best in the Jet Cigs e-liquid lineup.

Here’s our reasoning behind why those three make our list of recommendations.

Passion fruit e-liquids are rare in the e-liquid industry and finding one that excels with an excellent flavor is even rarer.

For the other two e-liquids, we found that they appealed to us due to their subtle tobacco bases. The Menthol Frost adds a unique infusion of menthol and peppermint to the mix. The Perique Tobacco e-liquid tastes perfect for former cigarette smokers as it tastes more like Turkish tobacco than regular pipe tobacco, even if there is a picture of a pipe on the box.

Jet Cigs pleases even the heaviest of smokers by making higher levels of nicotine available in their e-liquid refills. You can purchase them in strengths of up to 22 mg, which is significantly higher than the 16 mg limit that most e-cigarette companies seem to want to offer.

On the other side of the spectrum, Jet Cigs offers e-liquids with 11 mg of concentration and without nicotine at all.

We wrote this review while using 22 mg refill cartridges, so we’d just like to ensure you that they certainly do pack a wallop.

Even with the Jet Cigs e-cigarette’s smaller size, it still produces a very impressive amount of vapor.

Jet Cigs Review: Overall

We’d recommend anyone who wants a smaller entry-level e-cigarette to consider the Jet Cigs e-cigarette. It makes for a great first-time e-cigarette, especially when you consider the fact that it falls just under the $30 mark.

You’ll find it nearly impossible to get an e-cigarette with two batteries and these kinds of varied, USA-made e-liquids available as refills with any other comparably priced e-cigarette. Top this off with the astounding performance of the Jets Cigs e-cigarette and you might find yourself lining up to purchase it sooner than you thought.
