- Narrow Keyword Scope: We used Ahrefs to find all keywords including the phrases “nicotine pouch” and “nicotine pouches.” We then used that list to identify 14 high-intent keywords that nicotine pouch startups would use when searching for contract manufacturers. This study does not include branded searches or informational queries that could potentially drive additional visibility for some manufacturers.
- Single Snapshot: The search rankings in this report were captured at a single point in time (December 2025). Rankings on Google can be very volatile.
- Generalized CTR Curve: Click-through rates by position are modeled using a standard curve. Actual CTRs depend on factors like result snippets and brand recognition, which this model does not attempt to capture.
- U.S. Only: Our model only estimates nicotine pouch manufacturer search visibility in the United States. Manufacturers may have very different visibility profiles in other regions.
- Top of Funnel: Search visibility is only the top of the sales funnel. Our model does not attempt to estimate qualified leads or conversions.
- Heuristic Structural Strength Metric: Our estimate of a site’s structural strength is based on a simple additive formula combining the site’s Domain Rating, inbound linking domains and number of indexed pages. It is intended for comparative purposes within this dataset and not as an absolute measure of SEO value.
